Our Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) specification has been updated for teaching from September 2020, with first assessment in May 2021. We have updated the specification to help you manage project qualifications in your school and ensure your students are prepared for their EPQ.

Our Extended Project qualification (EPQ) can provide your students with the skills that universities and employers look for and will help them to stand out from the crowd in their future careers. Our Level 3 Extended Project Qualification is available to learners in England, Wales, Northern Ireland, British Forces Overseas centres and British Overseas centres as a stand-alone qualification. It is a one-unit qualification that is internally assessed and externally moderated.
